WHO ARE WE?
We are a diagnostic company working on multiple different diseases like inflammatory bowel disease, metabolic disease, and cancer using omics (transcriptomics , metabolomics, lipidomics, microbiomics etc.) and clinical data sets. We integrate them in a novel way to identify novel biomarkers for disease.
About Founder
Dr. Animesh Acharjee did his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from North Eastern Regional Institute of Technology (NERIST), Itanagar, India and earned his PhD from Wageningen University, The Netherlands on applied machine learning and data analysis.
After his PhD he moved to Lyon, France for his post-doctoral study with Synergie Lyon Cancer Centre as a Biostatistician where he extensively worked on big data analytics, cloud computing.
After his post-doctoral study, he served as a Senior Scientist position with BASF Cropdesign, Belgium. He was involved in the different projects related to “Data science and analytics” including big data projects from multiple different stakeholders.
Before joining University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, he was working with University of Cambridge, UK focusing on metabolic driven diseases like Obesity, Type2-diabetis using high throughput metabolomics, lipidomics technologies and identified potential markers.
He received many fellow ships from multiple funding agencies such as British Council, Dutch Government and Newton Fellowships.
He has published many papers and often invited in the international conference on precision medicine and health data analytics.
